SquashTM Orchestrator 6.1.1 Release Note

Introduction

SquashTM Orchestrator is a set of micro-services to perform automated test execution workflows described in a specific format.

This release note describes the changes of SquashTM Orchestrator version 6.1.1 compared to 6.1.0.

SquashTM Orchestrator 6.1.1 was released on January 28, 2026.

New features

  • Issue orchestrator #715 Allow to force kill agents
It is now possible to deregister unresponsive agents through a new force parameter for the DELETE /agents/{agent_id} endpoint. This will not stop any ongoing process on the agent's side, the change only affects the orchestrator. The attributed workflow will also be cancelled.
A new parameter pending_timeout_minutes is now available in the arranger's configuration to allow an user to define a timeout specifically for the PENDING status, when environments are requested for the first time, before the first step is executed. This can be used to restrict the default_timeout_minutes so that it's applied only to the duration of the workflow execution and not when it's waiting for an environment to be available.
New labels {executionlog}/verbose and {executionlog}/show-notifications are now available to customize the execution logs in the workflow's definition.
